It for sure depends on the situation and goal you have. For instance, my goal was to learn SwiftUI and I did it as a hobby / side-project. In that case, I chose friction over the comfort, because this is where my learning happend (and yes, I still love to code by hand). On the other hand, I find myself having Claude do some quick and dirty Python scripts that I never will touch with an editor.
